description: Dominic Cobb is the foremost practitioner of the artistic science of extraction, inserting oneself into a subject's dreams to obtain hidden information without the subject knowing, a concept taught to him by his professor father-in-law, Dr. Stephen Miles. Dom's associates are Miles' former students, who Dom requires as he has given up being the dream architect for reasons he won't disclose. Dom's primary associate, Arthur, believes it has something to do with Dom's deceased wife, Mal, who often figures prominently and violently in those dreams, or Dom's want to "go home" (get back to his own reality, which includes two young children). Dom's work is generally in corporate espionage. As the subjects don't want the information to get into the wrong hands, the clients have zero tolerance for failure. Dom is also a wanted man, as many of his past subjects have learned what Dom has done to them. One of those subjects, Mr. Saito, offers Dom a job he can't refuse: to take the concept one step further into inception, namely planting thoughts into the subject's dreams without them knowing. Inception can fundamentally alter that person as a being. Saito's target is Robert Michael Fischer, the heir to an energy business empire, which has the potential to rule the world if continued on the current trajectory. Beyond the complex logistics of the dream architecture of the case and some unknowns concerning Fischer, the biggest obstacles in success for the team become worrying about one aspect of inception which Cobb fails to disclose to the other team members prior to the job, and Cobb's newest associate Ariadne's belief that Cobb's own subconscious, especially as it relates to Mal, may be taking over what happens in the dreams

So many incredible scenes. You know what movie has brilliant scene after brilliant scene? The Lion King. That would be a great video. This piece makes me reminisce experiences Ive never experienced. NOLAN'S sir smart brain no one can make this type of movie anyway GREAT THINKING. Dunkirk, fury, saving private Ryan are my top favorites. It's all a dream & the fact that he is still stuck in that dream means that a sequel is necessary to get him out of that dream. I love that batman was like you think I can't take 2 of your goons and ra's is like ight homie. One of the best Movies EVER. Nolan is a GENIUS, yes, a GENIUS. He was really good in inception but no, cillian murphy got that always a win with sunshine. spectacular film... Well having a bit of a problem here, it seems to me ive been jeeped! I payed to view dunkirk and all i get to view is just the previews, Where is the movie? Somebody anybody have an idea what i can do? Please help.

I think you have to enjoy the abstract, appreciate the artist Escher and are not annoyed by is this reality, a dream, an illusion. Is this my world, or am I a dream in your world? Does it have plot holes? Of course! It's science fiction! Does it have similarities with the Matrix series? Yes, it also has incredible special effects. Is this the most intellectual, mind blowing movie you'll ever see? I don't think so, but I was very entertained by the combination of the special effects and the plot was good enough that I'll watch it again.
I'm not overly concerned with what Director Nolan set out to do -is he trying to be an artist or make a statement? It doesn't matter to me, I enjoyed this movie. It's far better than just a blockbuster popcorn film, but it has a lot of action, explores the concept of reality and while I won't loose any sleep over it, did make me go, hmmm.
I dont really get how this Inception worked. Did Cobb just spin the top and Mal came back and saw it so the idea was planted in her head? I always thought it was this but doesnt make sense cause Im sure she would remember it wasnt spinning. Or is the top a part of her mind and as soon as he spun it, she automatically thinks its a dream because he changed that part of her mind. As Bad as Hitler was, even worse on his own troops sending millions to their death, he stopped short of Dunkirk, the constant attacks on ships and bombing soldiers on the beach is all fiction created by Nolan. That pilot that crashed in the channel must have missed the class on opening your canopy first before ditching. Was dumped on this planet the February before September that Hitler decided to declare war with no defense Poland, now that was super mean and terrible and would make anyone sick watching a movie like this. Or the concentration camps. Born in a family that could barely make ends meet in a depression state, but when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, suddenly all kinds of defensive jobs were available. Dad got a high paying job at O'Hare field building aircraft, got to see that a three years off. The day the war ended, everybody was having great joy until the next day, practically all the country including my mom and dad were laid off. Makes me wonder, no cash for constructive projects. But all kinds of cash for a very destructive war.
I am a connoisseur of fight scenes and the hallway fight is a seriously brilliant fight scene.
This is one of the best sci-fi movies I've ever seen. Remembers me "The Thirteenth Floor. The idea is the same, but the production and the screenplay are much better, in my opinion. It worths to watch this movie! As a collector, I'm not afraid to say that someone like me, that loves DVDs, BDs (not so much, due to price. not in USA, but here) must have this outstanding production on the shelf.
I won't reveal anything here, but it was a pretty good surprise to me, after years, to see Di Caprio acting well again. To who liked this movie, I recommend to watch "The Thirteenth Floor. After that, compare it. In fact the idea has some sense, even though it sounds crazy.
Conclusion: Very good movie. Very good screenplay. Very good cast. Excelente production.
The ending... I might be totally wrong but what I understand is, the doctors were actually good, they really tried to help him and it worked. In the end, Andrew finally knew the truth but he pretended to be sick because he chose to die as a good man (he didn't want to accept the reality that he murdered his wife) And probably after pretending for a long time, then he finally really forgot his identity again, since the doctor said that the experience also worked months ago but he regressed. It might be a repetition.

Inception run time: 2hrs 28mins ‘Non, je ne Regretted Rien run time: 2mins 28sec MIND BLOWN. It was so sad that all he was trying to do was redeem his wife by changing things as it were. he felt at fault for her death. The cast makes you feel like this is a sequel to the Dark Knight. Christopher Nolan deserve an award. Sorry Oscars hasn't reached the level yet. Anybody else here after watching the trailer for Tenet. Cant wait for Tenet.
Malayalam ATHIRAN trailer kanditte varunna vazhiya🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. This movie was amazing. Between Inception and Interstellar, I'd vote for Inception any day. Interstellar is awesome, but it's still based on a basic concept of time dilation in Physics. The idea of Inception is original.
